Achieving ISO 9001 Certification for Quality Management Excellence

To enhance service quality and promote sustainable agriculture, Known-You Seed Co., Ltd. initiated the implementation of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System in April 2024. After months of rigorous preparation, the company successfully earned ISO 9001 certification from SGS Taiwan Ltd. in September.

On the 17th of this month, a certification ceremony was held to commemorate this achievement. Mr. Chen Wei-Ting, Chairman of Known-You Seed, received the ISO 9001 certificate from Mr. Hsieh Chen-Tao, Chief Operating Officer of SGS Taiwan, marking an important milestone in the company's ongoing pursuit of excellence.

By establishing clear quality policies and standardized operational procedures, Known-You Seed is committed to ensuring product consistency and strengthening customer service. This certification reflects the company’s dedication to quality management and continuous improvement. Through the ISO 9001 framework, Known-You Seed aims to deliver superior seed products and better serve its customers worldwide.
