Emerald Sweet
This netted variety is a very sweet and tough shipper. The fruit is in tall globe shape and weighs about 1.3-2.0 kg. The flesh is green and tender with sugar content of 14-18%. It has a delicious taste with excellent flavor. The fruit is fully developed 40-45 days after flowering. Fruit may be picked a few days before fully mature, allowing 2-3 days for after-harvest ripening. Good for long-distance shipping.
