Honey Globe is earlier than our Honey World. It can be harvested about 40 days after flowering. Fruit is deep-globed with pale-white smooth skin that is occasionally netted, and weighs about 1.5-2.5 kg. It has very thick light green flesh, small cavity, and with 14-17% sugar content. It is juicier, more fragrant, and sweeter five days after harvesting. The fruit becomes smaller than Honey World during low temperature periods. |
